It looks like the change to his W paired with the nerf to Fervor of Battle stacking ended up as a more or less neutral change for him. Would you be willing to discuss the Live Balance team's vision on him? In particular, how you guys would make him a successful centerpiece ADC when building a team around Miss Fortune is both easier and more rewarding?
