PLEASE IMPROVE THE "YOU MUST LOCK IN" FEATURE

im really f'ing tired of wasting 20 minutes trying to get into a ranked match when these nerds don't even read the message in CAPS at the beginning and just skip it and then when it's their turn to pick a champion, they go full retard mode and don't pick till the last second, which eventually results in a dodge for them and a lot of time wasted for me

pls riot just ban them, force them to read this message 100 times everyday or remove this thing
