Ok, I'm sick of how I'm playing

I get tilted as soon as I die first, I tilt if I miss CS and get down CS to whoever I'm laning against, I make it worse by blaming others when I know it's my fault, I just want to get better but I cannot for some reason stop tilting.

I'm not a great player, I'm currently silver 4, highest ever was Gold 2 a few season ago when I played a lot, just came back and I absolutely LOVE this game, but it tilts me so damn hard and I hate that I can't control it. I'm a grown ass man tilting on a video game, that is just sad.

I know I can be way better, play safer, smarter, not blame others, etc ... I'm looking for tips please, any and all tips to improve my game and not tilt. I've already turned off all chat and plan on not paying attention to team chat but sometimes I cannot help it.

I know I'm not a good teammate because I get down if it's 5-10 10 minutes into the game I think it's over ... tips please ... I love this game far too much to let it piss me off this bad.

a break from the game might not be a bad idea.

Play 1v5 against friends, try to slowly numb yourself to the frustration and finding absolutely no way to play anyone else for any mistakes you know you made. And try to test how long you can go on without raging against your own friends that's just ganging up on you every sec.

I did that, helps a lot when I end up as support and my own adc starts raging at me for his/her mistakes. You start to care less eventually.

Diamond since season 3. My suggestions are to play exclusively with friends. Remind yourself you're playing for fun even if it doesn't turn out a win every game . Or just realize whatever good or bad happens in your current game won't matter in 45 minutes. The game comes down to how well the team plays and cooperates. Not necessarily if you got the 23 gold from the minion. Make sure you have fun. Or else why are you playing this game and not one you could actually enjoy

MY personal advice, is to play 5000 games like me and numb it with practice. I've played so many friggin games that at this point if i start feeding or losing the game i know its my fault and im gonna look forward toi the next game when i do better. :)
