Good idea, but this honestly just highlights how BS all this %dmg amp, and armor pen really is. **THE **tank killing item is never bought and tanks are getting killed faster than ever before. item 3075 #maketankstankagain

Only champions that build it the ones that have terrible win rates and low play rate (ie; Aatrox and Kog'Maw)
