Why do so many refuse to farm under tower?
Then complain about dying while trying to farm only to go out and do the exact same thing 5 more times?

Farming under tower isn't an ideal thing. You in theory can, but you'll just get poked down to the point where you're dead.
Well with the way the game is right now, if you're forced to farm under tower, you're just going to have the enemy jungle dive you, or the lane will dive you, or both. Worst case you get poked while trying to farm.
The optimal is to manage to make the lane freeze in front of your tower, but if you're losing that's not likely to happen either.

Farming under tower CAN be done, however for some champions it's pretty hard to do that without getting kicked in the dick for every single CS
consecutive deaths costs less, and 15 minions is already worth a full kill.
you would rather have somebody going 0/7 only down 20 cs than somebody 0/2 down 100 cs.
I think most people don't like that feeling of losing your lane, myself included. Also, like in a few of the last matches I've played, I was pushed under tower the entire game, yet my jungler didn't gank my lane once and then everyone got mad when my laner roamed and got fed.
