One of the unappreciated features of the new HUD that is actually incredibly useful
You can actually see your enemies cooldown reduction now. Now I understand in most cases, you've a pretty good idea obviously since you'll see their items, whether they have blue buff or not and you can even check their runes before the match. But with scaling CDR runes being so common, it's hard to judge where someone is at and quite frankly, it's really nice to just look at their state line and see a number so you don't have to consider any of the above.
This might not seem like that big of a deal but I feel like it is. If I'm against a Vlad, a Riven, even a Nasus, I'm going to have a good idea of how spammable their spells are and know how I can/can't trade with them. While it's probably not super significant, it is something. And frankly, I've already adjusted to the new HUD, not even a big deal anymore. But I do understand the frustration of doing it during a ranked season, I personally think it'd have been better if they waited to the preseason to roll this out. Oh well, it's not that big of a deal to me. But yeah, enemy CDR now, cool.
