Knew from BEFORE these Ryze buffs that he would be overpowered. Back on his release patch, I never saw a bad Ryze and they would always 100-0 whoever I played. Even RYZE BOT was able to 100-0 me in 2 seconds flat. But noooo "OMG RYZE IS SO UNDERPOWERED PLEASE BUFF OMG OMG OMG" and now this is what you get. An extremely overpowered mage with mobility and spellvamp. He is essentially a combination of Vladimir and Cassiopeia now who can solokill you before level 11. The ONLY reason why his winrate was so low was because people didn't bother trying to figure out how to play him with AN ACTUAL SKILLSHOT. GG.

Please, wait for the winrates to settle down and try practicing something before you jump to "OMG SO UNDERPOWERED" or "HOW CAN YOU BEAT THIS" in other cases like with Katarina or Akali.
