Kalista loses all attack speed on slows - make slows make her jump less far, not slow motion float
I wrote this as a bug over 2 years ago but nothing has changed. When Kalista is slowed, she goes slow motion on her orb walking / jumping. This can happen even mid jump and you are stuck not attacking. You may not attempt to kite and orb walk backwards as you attack because your attack speed will be less than 1 a second. When she is slowed she should jump less far. That's the purpose of a slow, to decrease movement, not to totally cripple dps. A slow means death. She can't kite and so she is forced to stand there auto attacking to do any damage at all. Of course she loses as that's 90% of attack damage and she's an ADC who's whole kit is designed more than any other off of kiting. She's had the lowest win rate for ages. She's also probably the most fun character in the game to control and play until she gets slowed and then shes bugged and auto loses which is why she also has the lowest or close to lowest play rate patch to patch. She has other issues like needing her oathsworn nearby to have an ult or a passive on her E but this one simple change would help her so much and actually makes sense.
