[Gameplay] Warwick Q and possibly W not activating after R if triggered during Ult

I recall preemptively hitting Q and E while in ult so that they would immediately trigger after. Now, if you hit Q while in the ult it will not trigger after, as if it were on an invisible cool down. It takes at least the cool down time after the ult is over to become possible to trigger. The ability looks like it is available, but cannot be activated. This is posted in the comments below the "How to post a bug" thread but not diagnosed as precisely. A good fix would be that if Q or W were hit during the ult that it would wait until the ult was completed and schedule them to activate immediately after the ult completes.
