Removing Akali's hitting Shroud with E is probably necessary

In terms of mechanics almost ignored in lower skill play but abused to high hell in elite play this has got to be the single most egregious example in the game. I know that they tried to remove it before and the response was... less than happy... but if the goal really is to lower Akali's skill ceiling to enable her to be successful in average skill play whilst not dominating pro play then surely this is the way to go, regardless of the fact that good Akali players will be understandably upset by it? It's impossible to nerf the champion without upsetting them.

I hate Akali. I love Akali nerfs.

But that sounds terrible. I think it's totally fine for her to use it that way cuz she ends up giving up all the damage that her E offers.

There's no way to make this champion better for low level play while not buffing high level play. Her main trading patterns are already so basic and obvious that it really just comes down to decision-making.

Alternative, make the damage from hitting E on an enemy more important to her combo.

Which would shift the balance between using E for pure mobility and using it for damage.
