Someone else I think is going to be a bigger issue again because they never actually solved his problem including not giving back his cigar/ecig. Hell at least let him pretend with a shotgun shell. I feel like it would fit his theme.
But seriously. I think nerfs to the other ADCs are just going to put graves back up in the spotlight until they address how much he can tank, dps, and burst at the same time.
