Kleds E, Jousting when it hits an enemy champion it marks then allowing him to recast and dash back through them.
DO NOT FLASH WHEN YOURE MARKED
It acts like a thresh hook, it has a fairly long range, it will go over walls, 
don't care.... the second cast of his E will reach you unless he's dead or CC'd

RiotRiot Sotere4 votesWhile generally good advice (don't flash while marked!), Kled and Skaarl can't complete the second dash of Jousting if you're over like 700 range away. So the global bit is overstated. It has some bounds. But Flash alone is not likely to get a champion out of the range. Also if you do go beyond that tether range, the mark will disappear so your main statement remains really good advice. :)

Also I've dashed from Böt turret to behind dragon pit.
A Leblanc flashed and W+R'd from a tower dive that went wrong. And the second cast chased her the entire way.

Ive dragged a thresh to the other end of the map as sion once this way and he couldn't do jack shit about it it was hilarious
