I hope This finally brings it to Riots attention

Have you noticed the "BEASTLY (INSERT COLOR HERE) EKKO BUILD, INSANE DAMAGE!" all over the boards lately? That should be a clear indicator that Ekko is a bit over the top as of lately, he can build virtually anything and his base damage and sheer amount of utility he has will still allow him to murder you while being un-catchable and near unkillable unless you hard cc him forever.

Please gut his base damage, i dont mind his damage as long as he HAS to BUILD damage.
