How about adding a Nexus weapon as a last line defense
Requirements for activation : At least 1 inhibitor destroyed + Nexus turrets to be destroyed. Could be an interesting feature to add to the game. What do you guys think?

I think there should be sharks surrounding the Nexus with fricken lazer beams attached to their head

Soooo, the 3 inhibitors, 5 champs, 11 towers and endlessly spawning creeps aren't enough?
You mean like SMITE's titan???? So no one can backdoor by themselves?
Yes, all it does is prevent 1-man backdoor.
It should give you a buff of 10% CDR increase (no effect on the cap) and +50% HP regen
