It's getting absurd. You can steal, gun people down, mutilate bodies, swear as all Hell, but Sithis forbid a nip slip or a cigarette.
Also, the wine glass lol.
Notice the difference in the wine glass he holds as well....
Maybe he drank and smoked it all. 
This means there's an Inconsistency with Gentleman Cho'gath. As the skin in game has the pipe and the wine glass has wine in it. As such, changing this splash doesn't equal to what you get in game. Don't make this change and fuck the countries that have a problem with smoking.
