Taliyah and Ivern?

the main problem with taliyah is her skills.. not that she is hard to play.. her skills aren't so important in the game.. and almost useless in team fights.. for example Q: she created a big circle when she uses her Q and she can only fire 1 "stone" instead of 5 in that circle.. the lane is too small so, with 5-6 Q she will only be able to fire 1 stone for a lot of time.. W : almost impossible to hit successfully , because he about teemo's size E : 4 seconds delay before dealing damage.. what's the point of that? even a stunned champion can go out of this before getting hit. R: worst skill on the game to be fair... , she just run fast and creates a wall.. and? no damage no cc .. just a wall for 3 seconds ...

Ivern Q: kinda copy of lee sin's Q but in ap form W: creates a bush ...( if enemy team has rengar , you are done.) he can rage hit opponents in the bush .. why not make him a rage champion anyway?
E: that's good actually.. R: daisy.. kinda like timbers.. but she knocks you up, good for a champion in general... but not for a jungler..
