Riot if you are going to buff him don't buff him towards an ADC, but to the draintank/survivor thing he notoriously once was.

His damage is weaker the more you move away from him
speaking of moving away, creeps block his attacks

If you can balance his E mechanic so it's not absurd 180 mr and armor and instead giving him some more damage/utility like his W's slow for instance.

He is never going to be a draintank ever again with his 2-shell mechanic and shouldn't be balanced towards that, and he never was notorious because of it anyway.

Funny how you're looking at plat+ stats yet you're in bronze, dont even have proper runes, wrong masteries, extremely bad build order and total lack of wards (3 in your last game w trinket ward still at the end????!!! means you're likely playing him VERY wrong. One of his strongest points is duelling in the jungle with all the walls so you ward the enemy jungle and invade while they're doing camps

The facts are right there in platinum+. If he's at a 46% winrate in plat+ than something is wrong.
