But with the new fizz changes not only is he considerably weak it is clear he relies on his ult wayyyy too much. I mean the zhonyas item counter was fine on old fizz because his ult is very oppressive, but now bringing in zhonya's makes Fizz about as useful as a jungle leblanc.

Every assassin can kill w/o their ult on squishy targets late game, with fizz you have to wait 2 seconds AND with some team mates help you can MAYBE just MAYBE get a kill.

Stop making fizz so ultimate reliant and let him be able to do actual damage

Fizz is much stronger than he was before in all seriousness.

Q and e damage the same, lower cooldowns, less mana costs and a better ultimate.

Not sure how that's a nerf by any means.

His winrate is juuust below 50%, and that should go back up a little once the brigade of players testing the new changes go back to playing their respective roles and Fizz mains become the majority. I'd say he's pretty balanced right now.

Fizz has the troll pole on a <10 sec cooldown at max rank without cdr. In my eyes, that's more than enough reason to have his play be centered around his ult.
