I know everybody else doesnt, and really I dont play the champ, so I cant have an informed opinion but: Blitz's new W seems to be used less for chasing/escaping and more for repositioning. My interpretation is that the purpose of the ability is to let you quickly run around the minions and fire off a hook, then the slow doesnt matter if you hit it. I saw someone say that now it's just a short gap-closer that slows you, so wouldnt it allow for more flash-hook-like plays?
Terff3 votesSince I'm one of the few people who doesn't play blitz support but plays him top I honestly hate the nerf since his attack speed + ms was great for bruiser blitz and now the duration is down 3 seconds. I can see why its an acceptable nerf for support blitz, but I think they could've balanced his power elsewhere.

Akeydel1 votesYeah, but his ult pre-patch could outrun most champs. From my understanding, this is riot's nerf to the escape, while buffing his repositioning.
