After testing this out with my friends in about 40 custom matches i have come to the conclusion that full build adc thresh cannot be 1 v 1 ed by anyone. Literally no one, he can one shot basically anyone in the game. My first auto was doing some ridiculous number like 3000 damage with over half being magic. I'm not saying its viable but if you can get him to full build, you are probably going to win.
6k hp mundo would like to have a word with you on who can survive it, or you can play a champ that will delete him before he can auto like talon
Nasus with theoretical enough farm to oneshot him, could just flash Q. Any burst mage instakills Thresh from a long range with enough AP. His AA range is something like 450-500 or ? Trynda with defensive tree masteries for the CC reduction and a pot for the same can kill him, if he ults in time. Same with Kayle - AD or Ap... Long range ADCs can kite and kill him - Varus, Cait, Jinx, Kog, Twitch with ult and so on. Teemo, Quinn. GP. AD Olaf and Mundo with magic pen and Ludens could try to kite him from 1000 range. Crit Jayce could 1 shot him with his Hyper Charge steroid. But will probably get hit in return, because their range is similar.
And then, just like every other ADC, you'll get locked down and destroyed.
Man, the OP is a big troll... he says flash, kiting, unkillable... like the other people are brain damaged or something.
Ok, let's compare him to a full build tank
5000 hp 300 armor(~75% reduce) 300 mr(~75% reduce)
Thresh's 3000 dmg -> 750 dmg
it will take mr. thresh about 6.66 attacks to kill mr. tank.
AD thresh is simply assassin thresh. Squishy kills squishes Working as intended. Hooks for days
Tl;dr A cheese build that looks good on paper but doesn't always work out nicely.

What is the full build? Full build Fiora can parry your first hit then kill you.
Or you could just like, kill him from outside his range with Ziggs or something. Hell, you could even blind him with Teemo or Quinn and kill him while he's blinded lol. Or kite him out with Caitlyn/Tristana/Kogmaw/Jinx from outside his auto attack range. Or one shot him with Annie.
There's so much counterplay for squishy ADCs in this game, to think that Thresh is somehow more overpowered than any other marksman when built full ad.... that's just silly.
