One potential Solution to Dynamic queue

Riot stated that Dynamic queue is here to stay, and while that makes me sad to state, I can accept that fact. There is however still a probelm with solo players fighting coordinated teams. My idea to ease this problem is the reintroduction of sight wards in the shop. This will allow solo players to catch more people out, and catch ganks more. This will also make it harder for poor teams to climb. Riot could also buff yellow trinket, or blue.
