@RiotRepertoir is it time for Fiddlesticks to get a rework?

Currently Fiddlesticks is in a pretty bad state throughout most of the season ever since his drain tether range nerf, his passive changed, and having magus taken away from him. His kit is too old too keep up with all the other champions that have so much mobility or CC and he has no way of catching up to them. His drain itself is so hard to get a full duration because people can just simply walk away or even his fear will move them away before he can get a full duration on the drain. Sure Fiddle can gank pre-6 but its so hard to pull off unless one of your teammates has hard CC to lock someone down. Do you think that Fiddlesticks should just get a rework and if so what level of rework would he get? Sion level, Juggernaut level, Gangplank/Fiora level, or Ashe level? Give the scarecrow some love plz.

To be honest, Fiddlesticks' kit isn't the only thing old about him. His model and his voice over are very outdated. Tahm Kench has more attacking quotes than Fiddlesticks has quotes on his entire voice over! Fiddlesticks could have a Gangplank level rework, with some changes on his abilities, a new model, and a new VO. He doesn't really need a Sion level rework as he isn't that outdated; his theme is still good and his kit can be kept (with changes, of course). But he really needs changes in every level.

Honestly if they would just give him his jungle item back, he'd be fine just there.

Fiddle wasn't top tier as far as junglers go, no, but when they put in the new AP item and completely deleted the previous one, they pretty much removed Fiddle from viability in order to buff up the likes of Diana (who people still choose to mid with) and Eve.

Put in the previous AP item (since it doesn't hurt to have more diversity, but god forbid there be two AP jungle items) and Fid will be played the very same day, I promise you.
