wasted 45 minutes tonight in champ select/queue, played 2 games

Riot, please make the client come up on the screen when you are supposed to be picking or banning. Right now if I am the first ban, it does not seem to do this or notify me in anyway. In general the forced dodging has massively increased queue times for me. Queue frequently takes over 5 minutes, then champ select takes another 5. If someone dodges thats another 5 minutes. It easily can take 15 minutes just to get into a game. Most of my games only take 25-30 minutes. This is absurd.

It pops up for me when I need to pick or ban. I'd also argue that if you can't do your multitasking in 10-15 second intervals, checking on the champ select in between that, then you shouldn't be doing that task while you're champ select.
