lee sin is not getting nerfed

Lee sin has a 45% win rate in bronze, 46% win rate in silver, 47% win rate in gold, and is a bottom 20 champion in each mmr. He is objectively one of the worst junglers in the game in low elo (where 90% of players live) and does not have a positive win rate until played in challenger. Amumu is very popular and has almost always had a much higher win rate in low elo since lee sin was released, he currently has a top 10 win rate in bronze-gold. It is absolutely idiotic for all the bronze-gold players to whine about lee sin instead of the champions they are actually losing to.

Lee sin has an annoying amount of mobility, however, annoying does not equal OP (something the boards love to conflate). This is not unique to lee sin, and riot is not going to nerf lee sin when he is not even remotely OP or even one of the stronger junglers right now. Additional nerfs would put him in nidalee tier, making him complete trash to all but the absolute best lee sin players on earth. Given his popularity, this is not going to happen. Feel free to downvote and continue the circlejerk or change the circle jerk to other retardedly mobile champions:

Leblanc Kassadin Zed Yasuo Leblanc Riven Nidalee Kalista Leblanc Yasuo Fizz Yasuo

Oh thats funny, every single one of these champions is relentlessly complained about by the low elo players on these boards, despite every single one of them almost all of them being utter shit in low elo.

Interesting side note: Less than 10% of the playerbase plays ranked.

Lee Sin is the top most played champion on LoLking and second most played on Champion.gg

He's bound to have a low win rate. But you will get a lot of upvotes simply due to the sheer number of Lee Sin players out there.

That being said, I've never had an issue vs a Lee Sin but thats probably due to my elo (silver) which pretty much sums up the winrate issue if you ask me.

He's the most popular champion in the game so no wonder.

People hate getting out played.. I'll stress that in every circle-jerk because it almost always is accurate to the threads lol.

As a fizz main (currently gold 4 and climbing) I resent saying he's bad in low elo, if anything in low elo it makes it easier to exploit people and snowball due to them not knowing how to play around fizz, I've carried almost all of my games due to this fact.

Using winrates alone as an argument is stupid. Really.

Yes, Lee Sin is really bad right now (and in general), but people complaining all the time about a champion even when his win rate is low shows that he is irritating to play against, which is not ideal from what I've understood.

Take Riven or Fizz for example. They aren't OP right now, but heck, they are no fun to play against.

PS You forgot Yasuo

you made a baaad example using thresh.

in any case, pros use champions because they are good, same with bans. normal players ban a champion because he is not fun playing against or they feel like its overpowered. if a champion is in a bad state, you won't see him being played much, plain and simple.

having low/high winrate doesn't mean much when you have 9 other champions as interference, even less when they are so popular champions that you have 1 in each team. or when new players look up which OP champ to use and they try towerdiving with them having 10hp left.

He is also the most played champion in the game, with a 48% win rate which is pretty good.

The problem with lee is how much bullshit he has that is totally unecessary, main problem his Ult, works so weird there is no reason to be that way, maybe if they make it less anoying (weird hidden stuns) they could give him some SMALL buffs in other things, maybe his second W cast, its kinda weird his situation.

yeah but if you nerf sejunai for being to popular for 1 season then surely you should nerf and not buff lee sin for being popular almost since release

It isn't that he is overpowerd per say, but the fact that he always seems to never get any worse, only better. And now, that Riot has decided that they wanted to do some VERY interesting things (a nice way to put it) with the current meta, he has found his way to the top again by simply being slightly above average in a world of below average junglers. But maybe that movement speed a bit, but that's it I promise.
