Can't get Primary role more than 40% of the time

Ok i am a adc main since season 4. I main adc have the most fun playing the game as a adc. Well since the newest patch I can't seem to be able to get my role more than 40% of the time and its been less than that. I put adc primary and jungle secondary and get jungle 60%+ of the time and its grown very irritating. I can't even practice my role to get better at it because i can't get it or i'll get it one game then not see it for 3-4 games in a row and its my primary role. I just had my series to gold failed in which i played all 5 games in the jungle and 8 of the last 10 games i've played in the jungle. From thursday on if I don't queue with a premade I'm not getting adc and i thought RIot said they were fixing it. Apparently not because all I'm getting is my secondary.

Also I've tried putting top and mid as well and still get top and mid. It was happening so often i just put it back to jungle since at least im not hopeless at it like i am at the other roles (other than support but if I put support i know damn well i'm not getting adc). So can someone explain this shit to me because its depressing when I get to my own series and can't even play the role that i used to bring myself to that point.
