About that Xerath ult...
Can we just change it to a single aoe shot with a slight larger radius and better damage? Add on a channel time which still will make him stay rooted and it is a big improvement.
At the moment his ult is not at all rewarding. It isn't that powerful, it's delayed, it warns you about incoming, and you can't cycle it with the rest of your abilities. That is not the ult I expect from a nearly phenomenal cosmic being of energy.
