Azir is NOT living up to the standards of an Emperor

First off Azir seems to be one of the most bugged champions in game, since his release. Then his gameplay is hard but learnable. But since his gameplay style is hard to learn, shouldn't he have a lot more damage. I mean when you think of an emperor you think of the most powerful person around, yet his damage isn't even apparent unless he happens to get fed While he is good at blocking farm he is waaay to squishy to do any sort of combat especially if his soldiers are out of reach and you may say just dash to the soldiers but the enemy champion stops you so why is there no way to call soldiers to himself Overall all the bugs need to be fixed and he needs a better way to defend himself since often times he is caught with his pants down
