Tahm?!?
Does everyone else think this champ looks more useless then Bard? I have watched several gameplay videos of him and i have no clue what Riot was thinking when they made this champ or his kit.

How can you even think he would be worthless? Tahm has the potential to be the best support in the game. He can literally save his ADC from death with one of his normal abilities, has ranged poke with a slow/stun, can snag the enemy and run under tower to spit them out basically guaranteeing a kill, he is very tanky, and he can take his ADC across the map to do ganks.
And you say he's useless.
He looks really well balanced to me. Great, UNIQUE strengths and clear defined weaknesses. His W is actually really powerful, especially ever since they reduced the CD to 14/13/12/11/10 seconds from 18/16/14/12/10 seconds.
The only problem I see Tahm having, is his passive being next to useless on anyone ranged (unless they changed it recently, haven't kept up with it)
He'd have to hit you with his tongue 4 times in a row to apply his passive (because god knows he won't get into melee range against anyone ranged lol; he's basically Garen in that regard without the speed boost), and if 7 seconds pass without him hitting you with it, he has to do it ALL OVER AGAIN.
Likewise, due to how his passive works (triggering it consumes all the marks and you need to reapply it) I don't think he'll be able to realistically use devour on anyone ranged either (simply because even IF he stuns them with his tongue, he needs to walk up; auto them 3 times, and then W them, all before his stun ends and they go back to kiting him)
Why was their objective a tank with no cc? Mordekaiser already does this.
Ew no. Tahm looks great. He does a shit load of damage, especially when building offensive, he can save anyone on his team whether playing support or not, he has a fucking Skarner ult if he can hit someone 3 times(granted he gets slowed but still, might as well be a charm that makes them untargettable for the time, he has a stun, and can't forget the most important thing,
HE HAS A TOP HAT.

You don't just watch. You play. Just like how students can't memorise math just by reading instead of writing the workings out.
Apparently, you're the one who doesn't know the extent of Tahm's potential.
You need to not suck at everything. Same when playing Bard.
