Chat Restrictions

Well just ended a 78 game chat restriction just to find i get another 358 games now until its lifted...or not. Here is my thinking though. I got the first one without saying anything. Ive actually been reported verbal without saying 1 word in game. So pretty much I have decided I am going to get reported regardless might as well have fun with it. I don't cuss anyone out or say anything that would get me banned but I do say stuff "now". I mean 358 games...ppffft let the creative smack talk begin.

I don't believe you didn't deserve the ban, but there are others who have gotten chat restrictions when they haven't said anything in the chat at all. It's a problem that needs to be fixed.

The 358, yeah probably deserved it. But you gotta realize if i had said anything really offensive or vulgar then new verbal system would of dished out a ban. After I got the 78 game ban is when i had decided who cares. I mean if your gonna get chat restricted regardless might as well have fun with it.

When is Riot going to realize that their ultra sensitive, PC, childish reform system only makes people more toxic and encourages them to be less friendly?

What ive noticed is that the players who are really good who take RANKED games seriously are the ones who get banned or restricted. So what do we get left with.....the little kids going 0/15 every game screaming at u that ur reported cuz you told them to please ward their lane. So lets see, all the good players banned all the troll kids still on every day causing people to get demoted. Riots perfect system.

I really think they intentionally allow this behavior though so good players spend more money on more accounts. they dont care about the game or the community. This has been going on since season 1.

wow that makes alot of sense. I love this game and play it so seriously, and i was just banned over nothing 2 weeks ago. I refuse to buy ANY more RP. they wanna ban me, a perfectly good s5 player just trying to get better. fine, theyre losing business as well. the report system is so bad....like....for instance, my bf played tryndamere, went 10/0 ALMOST....at the VERY end. draven ulted and was able to kill my boyfriend for his first death ending the game at 10/1 for him...my bf reported the draven for unskilled player....I disagreed with him although it was funny...but...this kind of shit is horrible. you shouldnt be able to report someone "just because". i think you should have to earn the privelage to report...

Yeah, its so broken. But league does it so they can make money off the people who are serious about the game. Saying if your good you can carry any match. right cuz i can carry a 4v5 or 3v5 when we have 3 mid laners (serious that happened to me in my last series). But oh no if you call them "bad" cuz they went 0/15 YOU are the one that gets punished even if its true.

Right. I'm not the best player but when im on im on. I just went 28/5 with akali on my smurf...granted....smurf and akali.....but still. I'm so serious about the game (at least i was before my ban) and need to always do well because that's just how I like to play. Now I can promise you I wont be buying anymore RP, my 18 skins are staying at 18.

However rito would probably defend its system by stating that you shouldn't call other players bad...

but in a case like that....I disagree...because if a player goes 0/15/4 lets say...they obviously haven't had much of a hand in team fights (assists) and considering they didn't even have 1 kill but 15 engages (if they're support and don't have any kills, you cant blame them at all however, to be a support and have 15 deaths but only 4 assists, is still bad)....yeah...that's bad. and they should own up to the fact that maybe they're not a bad player in general, but that game they didn't do so hot.

They should acknowledge the fact that you CARRIED their ass ON YOUR BACK like a damn pack mule for 45 minutes. They should be grateful that you basically spoon fed them a win because they didn't do well enough that game to earn the win themselves. but instead they get butt hurt because you pointed out the obvious.

To avoid that alltogether, just don't call players bad necessarily. You can talk about how they had a bad engage or about something that they did that may not've been the best idea...but don't flat out call them a bad player...because that's just gonna piss some noobs off.. you shouldn't have to walk on egg shells when you play a game but...riot is rediculous.

If you wanna read something that I found helpful, I posted a post in miscellaneous titles What are and are not report worthy behaviors...the guy (i think) replyed to it with some pretty interesting and understandable instances. the league community is horrible and until riot fixes their system, im afraid we're all going to have to try to find a way to avoid getting involved with people who report unnecessarily.

The other day I was in a match with our top laner vs a teemo. Noon kept tallinn me to gang cuz he had died 3 or 4 times. I told him there was no way in hell I was going up there with no wards (pink in peticular). And yup, got reported verbal for saying that.

Even when you give helpful advice the kids on here are so bad they won't even listen and on top of it all chat gets restricted so you cannot help out the rest of your team. System is so derp.

Like I will continue to say - THEY NEED TO WORRY LESS ABOUT HOW SOMEONE TALKS AND MORE ABOUT AFK/QUITTERS

Yup, you can mute anyone in game. Problem solved,can't stop the afk's or feeder ooor trolls.

This is why I have no faith in Riot. There wouldn't be verbal issues if they fixed the troll problem. But this is like explaining to a bronze why you don't dive at lvl2.
