GaleWinUnleashed5 votesThey're already available for IP. Search the shop for the Hextech Mystery Champion Shard item, which costs 1700 IP and gives you a random champion shard (duh). It can take anywhere from 2 - 6 shards to get 500 blue essence, but the average is 3. Have fun spamming your level 6 mastery!
