Think about it, Fiora hits all 4 vitals of an enemy and gets a prize, even though she didn't kill her enemy. She's a cocky duelist if you ask me if she already thinks she won a grand duel without actually winning it...
Like, 4 hits, and then 10 seconds for the champion to die.

You say that as if I recently picked up Fiora and say I main her cuz she's flavor of the month, but She's been my main champ since I started this game back in S3 pre season. And it's not that I don't want it nerfed it allready getting nerfed, I just want her to not lose every game.
