Does anyone notice this pattern with players who speak french in NA server

They come in groups of 3-4 and speak in their own language

They are toxic as fuck

And they feed like hell and blame each other.

Then they talk in their language and talk shit about each other.

This happens every 20 games or so.

Have never experienced this. However, speaking French, they are likely from Canada. Some parts of the country speak more French than others, so may be more previlent on peak hours at certain time zones, and less frequent in others.
