People say voli is OP but hes really not
Ive been playing volibear for a while now and unless youre really good most of the former sated junglers can beat the shit out of you

he honestly doesnt do that much damage, to tanks he does none, And im not even referring to defensive tanks, I mean people who get lots of health with their AD/AP items .
Hes good if your team is decent enough to take the lead and win their lanes but if all of your lanes are total shit voli is probably one of the worst junglers.
if all 3 lanes lost badly on their own, then it's safe to say you lose, move on and try again.
by that i mean something like 4 kills for 24 kills at 20th minute mark.
