i have no problem playing against ziggs damage wise,but holy hell my teams turrets fall down faster than the world trade center in 9/11th everytime he is left alone in lane,what the hell riot.

Until Ziggs is good in Masters+, I don't think he should be touched. Right now he's only performing well in Diamond and below. It's also mostly because the Rylai's nerf didn't hurt him as badly as some other mages. Ziggs was pretty shitty all of last season and most of his issues with reliability, mediocre late game (on EQUAL GOLD), lack of kill pressure in lane vs competent player (and thus less snowballing potential than something like LB) are still there.
However, I'd gladly trade some turret damage for higher DPS.
