Tell that to the last game I was in. Spikes of up to 3308 ping in the 3rd game of my promos. I'm in Miami, FL, btw. I hear a new centralized server location is a priority though!
...right after Riot builds themselves a new office. C'mon, Riot, are you serious? This issue is really not doing anything to convince people on the East Coast that you care about their concerns as much as you do about making money.
