The new Veigar changes are actually fun to play with? I'm by no means a Veigar main (Played the little guy only like 5 times or something), but Veigar feels more satisfying nowadays with his double-stacking Q. Yeah, his E sucks now (I think they should just outright rework it if they can't find a good means of balance), but the rest of his kit remains just as satisfying (Still awesome to Q-R the enemy midlaner and watch them EXPLODE).
