There is NO reason for Kassadin to retain his channel interrupt while Talon doesn't.

Seriously Riot, Kass can just instantly R out of range of any damaging channel (sans Karthus ult but he has his trusty magic shield for that!) and again thanks to R is the best champ for catching up to anybody who has a teleport channel but he gets to keep his interrupt but Talon doesn't get to is this a joke? For petes sake give Talon an interrupt on e pls.
