You go on about that with a name submission in the system would solve all the issues you think the system has. Except it won't and it will just create more problems and that is why improving Tribunal has nothing to do with adding names into it.
Tribunal to be driven by the qualified, sorry you wot? You need actual Judges on each and every case of LoL's daily abuse and verbal dehumanisation that come out from some of the worst human population ever found on Earth?
Do you know how long it takes and how much effort it needs to actually become a qualified judge, or a lawyer? I think hiring them just to put them on monitoring LoL's chatroom is a direct insult to their long term commitment and learning because it simply doesn't take an IQ over 50 to know whether someone is trolling or is clearly, way to aggressive. They can be the manager of some sort, setting up LoL's player behaviour guidelines which is cool, but the one who is employed to just read online arguments? No.
Not to mention it's also impossible to get that many Judges at the same time, and getting them all dedicated onto something like small time internet harasses when they can be dealing with stuff like murder, smuggling, theft, improving laws, large scale accidents, copyright, child abuse etc in their all bizarre forms.
We ain't dealing with psychopath who grow up to be a mass murder due to family and financial issues driving him insane, no, we're dealing with petty trash talks across the internet. You don't need a qualification to see that, you only need to be a decent human being to know the boundary between being angry or going too far.
The line may not be a clear cut, so let the community decide it hence there is no personal bias which is something all humans have, include judges. Give people all the necessary info on the case and vote whether to punish or not, completely eliminating all individual bias and produces the fairest result possible.
How is this not satisfactory for you?
Why should showing names even be considered an option? It serves no practical good and only introduces bad influence, it might as well not be there. As I said if you have to have info on why you were reported, the date and cause should suffice. Narrowing down to the corresponding date and cause should give you enough information on where exactly you did wrong.
If you really wish there's something more, then an attached chat history to the punished will do just fine as well, while wiping the in-game names off, leaving only player 1-5 for example. So you can have a read and compare to the the report tag so naturally you'll come to a conclusion on where you're being stupid.
There are ways to let people narrow down to why he's reported without giving names, which as we already know, names help absolutely nothing and it can potentially have a negative impact.
I do not understand why you're so obsessed with names on reports but it won't happen, sorry. Also I don't even wanna count the amount of times you tried to belittle me, sorry again, it's not working.
