Kill nexus turrets
All 5 champs on the enemy team build and place the gates in their fountain
farms all 3 waves at the nexus including ZZ'rot spawns. This will more than quintuple his usual farm speed, allowing Sion to gain upwards of 20000 HP just from his W passive in just 40 minutes of farming.
Enemy team positions at least one person in each lane to hold minions back. Build for maximum farm efficiency and infinitely scaling damage

Optionally, can also participate in the farming thanks to the fact that he doesn't need CS for his passive to grow in power

All of these champs, along with kind, vayne, and fiora, have some form of % max hp damage. HOW MANY BANS DO YOU HAVE

Those ones aren't true damage; The only ones there that really scare Sion once he gets to Raid-Boss HP levels are Kog'maw and Malzahar. The rest would probably be one-shot by Titanic Hydra before they can do much, but in the event that they're allowed to beat on Sion, it would still take quite a while to kill him also Poppy's %hp damage is capped

If we were to actually do this crazy farm game, we probably wouldn't include % health champions in general

Most people generally don't even acknowledge the poppy damage cap, as it's generally high enough that unless you've stack a shitton of hp and no defenses, it doesn't exist. I think this was added back in MetaGolem days where you'd buy atmas, triforce, and the rest warmogs, the damage cap actually meant something.

Also, the only reason malz would scare the sion is not so much the actual pool shred, as it's fairly low, it's the item 3151 item 3116 to kite and shred him.
