Every rank should decay for all ranked if you are inactive

Silver players should be able to decay to bronze if they don't play enough games, same with gold teir, they get bonus rewards for the season and I see that a lot of people in gold are just gold 5 0lp, and quit playing because they got gold, keep the community active by making this so, riot. Also if bronze players should not decay, because they are bronze.
