Please link accounts to phone numbers in all regions like Korea.
This would literally kill half the trolling you actively see in games. Most troll's are just on bought accounts or alts that they speed leveled and decide "no punishment lolol". Which well, there literally isnt a punishment if a smurf gets banned. It cost's like 5 dollars USD to get a lvl 30 account. I just had a ranked game with a Jayce who I spoon fed 7+kills, and got him to a point where he was pulling triples every fight and we would ace. Sounds like a free win, right? Well, suddenly the Jayce began to only split push! :D When we all asked him to group, he said "nah" and ran it down mid, trying to 1v5 all game.
At first, I thought maybe he had an inflated ego and thought he could 1v5. Then after we lost because of him, I looked up his profile. The account hasONLY mage game's played, and then suddenly has 2 Jayce games with a large KDA, Massive for someone "first timing" and an Akali game.

Why is someone allowed to just use an alternate account, and ruin the game for others actively without any punishment to the main account?
