Seriously this crap has been going on for WAY too long. FIX YOUR BLOODY MATCHMAKER THERES NO REASON FOR AN ESTIMATED WAIT OF 2 MINUTES AND ACTUAL WAIT OF 10+ MINUTES.

If it goes over 4 minutes, drop queue and reform. It's a bug, basically. If you've sat in queue for 10 minutes, you've waited waaaaaaay too long.
