Rito you truly have teh worst matchmaking system in modern gaming history.

it's almost 4 in the freaking morning US eastern time. Why are you complaining about long wait queues when the kids are asleep?

Meanwhile, I get Mid, Primary Role, 90% of the time, in 4 Minutes, even during peak hours. : / Real hard to believe you when it's clearly working for everyone I know.

Abort the queue and rejoin.

As I understand it, there's a bug in the matchmaker which causes it to permanently allocate you to a game being assembled, and if that game has a large premade group in it, you'll be waiting a long time before it finds a matching premade group to put on the other side to balance it out. Requeueing will hopefully place you into a different game which will fill up faster.
