Summary: they are gonna buff damage of Vayne, Lucian, Lee sun and some other champions. They don’t give back Galio’s Flash Taunt, instead they give him more damage, because giving damage to anyone who is weak in the meta magically fixes them.
This isn’t everything, one thing I did like is they made poppy’s w faster, not so much everything else

What a sh&t update!!!! If updates don't improve, I will drop this game like I did for 4 years straight not even checking in, which ended just a few months ago besides last year when I played a few games, then left for a whole year without thinking twice about League! They better get their sh&t together, or their game does not exist! You only have so many players League, and guess what. More players like GTA Online than your struggling mess of a game League of Legends in its current state. I was expecting a Runes patch to make Runes like they were before, with more balance, and less of an overpowering impact to certain champion stat bonuses! Consider me quite disappointed in these repetitive patches that seem to not do much for League as a whole!!!
Riot what is with your useless updates lately, without overall genuine consideration of what the best of players really want to see, and without consideration of clearly high demands by your playerbase!!????? De'Ja Vu, and this is why I left last time for 4 years straight literally. I left for so long I forgot what my first account name was, so had to create this fairly new 1. As my 4 years ended in 2018, and then I took several month break, before coming back. I've been back since about May, so it's only been 2 months and I'm already getting sick of Riot's bs to a point of stopping again for a long time. However since League of Legends has improved from what it was in the past that kept me away for so long, the break won't likely last as long as 4 years this time, but it's still possible if they show to much carelessness in their updates, which then I would no longer want to support Riot's behaviors of not listening to the playerbase that want to enjoy their game, all which paying to support it. I will support Riot more when they respect their playerbase fairly reasonably at least!

Everything Riot does is BS, that's nothing new. And it won't stop either cause they don't listen.
It's only up to us if we want to continue to play this shit hole of a game or go spend our time on something else.
