Give riven mana/energy or take away animation cancel.
She shouldn’t be able to dash across all of lane in a mere 2 seconds and have her abilities come back in a few seconds. There should be some sort of cost for spamming abilities, especially her E.

Her resource is supposed to be cds, if they just nerf her cooldowns it achieves the same thing as adding in a resource bar.
I mean that would just gut a champ that isnt even overperforming
Riven’s base cool downs are incredibly long and severely limit her early game potential.
