Proposal for ARAM and Blue Essence

Two changes I think would be good changes to ARAM

1.) Let skin boosts be purchasable with either RP or BE 2.) Remove randomization from skin boosts and instead have it unlock ALL skins for each champion in queue

This would make ARAM a little bit more exciting and players would get opportunity to test more skins they may want to purchase. Lastly, skins that are not purchasable could still be used and enjoyed by all in at least 1 game mode.

So if I NEVER had the opportunity to go to PAX there's still at least a chance I can play the skin if I get Sivir in ARAM.

Also, every account will eventually run out of things to spend Blue Essence on--- This would be a fun way to keep using it

Sidenote: rentable emotes in ARAM with Blue Essence? Times where emotes can be purchased with Blue Essence?

Who the fuck uses their rp to get this skin boost in aram anyway, in 4 years of ARAM I might have seen it once or twice

Yeah BE skin boosts would be a fun. I think it would be a better alternative to the 7 day skin rental when consuming a shard. I don't know anyone personally that's ever done that.

ARAM Only players would never really buy skins again. (Not that they really buy too many in the first place though.)
