The guy flaming him is choosing to flame him and can choose not to, just making what already is a bad game for the first guy even worse, because trust me, he knows he is doing bad, he doesn't need someone else to yell at him for it.

The gist of it is that he's mad because he lost some games and is blaming it on his teammates, and appears to have been further provoked because he got a chat restriction or ban for cursing at them.
