His Q and his passive should not slow. HIs only slow should be the one on his W. his W should be able to be blocked by braum or yas) the ratio on his bubble should be adjusted, the stun should be only 1.5 sec stun( I mean amumu ULT is a 2 second stun and his a 2.25 that seconds that grants a bubble, sure its a lil more difficult to land but its on a much lower CD), his ult should have a mana cost, the projectile speed on Q should be lowered, but when he connect on a target that should speed should be left untouched) His damage is manageable, but the Lichbane+E should be adjusted. His dash on this e should not allow him to go through walls(Only the blink:Think vayne tumble), his movement speed, base health, health regen should be lower.

(I'm not saying ALL of these need to be applied, maybe 1 or 2)
