Report a Bug is useless. Support Site is useless. So is anyone here getting FPS drops after patch?

I've never had an issue before with FPS, I usually sit at a smooth 100-130, lowest I'd ever get would be 90 for like half an instant.

Now all of a sudden after this patch hit and I went into bots to try something out I'm dropping to 06-11 FPS for like 10 seconds before suddenly jolting back to 100.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled League, I've checked my computer to see if something is wrong but nothing is and it runs every other game perfectly, I submitted a Support ticket that still hasn't gotten a single word back. I haven't set foot in any other modes but bots since this happened because I don't want to lose thanks to my screen jolting like a buffering vid.

What the fuck is happening and how do I fix it so I can actually get back into Ranked, finish my 10th placement and actually have a gameplay experience?
