Because you're doing your job, keeping the enemy jungler focused on topside for pretty much the whole match.
Only problem is your teammates are dying all on their own with 0 jungle pressure at all.
So you're pretty much guaranteed to be in a 2v1 the entire game while your team do jack shit all on their own.
that's just every top laner period

I remember feeling this SO bad when I played Teemo a lot. You'd sit there EVERY game with the jungler camping you until you hit 6 trying to stay alive, and then enemy bot gets several double kills with no jungle pressure, and mid keeps dying as well. I also remember forcing junglers to not even go near me because I shroomed every path they'd try to take to get to me. Now I kinda wanna play Teemo....
